- Housekeeping: The Chairman advised those present of the emergency escape procedures. It was requested that mobile phones be switched to silent. If a call was received and had to be taken Members were politely requested to leave the room.

- Quiz Night – Feedback – The Town Clerk reported that there had been very positive feedback from the Quiz night held on 23rd October 2021. Comments included:
- Good, well organised event
- Excellent venue
- Wide range of questions
- Good food – right amount
- Excellent value for money
- Thoroughly enjoyed it
- Can we have more
- Appreciate what you have done

- Disco – 70s, 80s and 90s fancy dress

- Pie and Peas (plus mash and mint sauce)

- Christmas Event – The Town Clerk proposed that for Christmas a Bopping Bingo evening be held. Based on the traditional game of Bingo but with music rather than numbers. It would appeal to a wide age range. It was proposed that there would be four games in total with prizes. A competition for the best Christmas jumper/attire and a free raffle. The food selection would be sausage bun and chips. In order to purchase prizes, disco lights and table cloths it was requested that the Town Council be approached for financial support from the allocated events budget. RECOMMENDED that up to £150 be used from the Events budget for the provision of hosting a Bopping Bingo event to be held on Saturday 11th December 2021.
